These are the sports that burn the most calories

By Bussiness Insider To watch video go to http://www.businessinsider.com/sports-burn-most-calories-running-tennis-soccer-taekwondo-flag-football-basketball-athlete-exercise-2017-4 Sports are a great way to get in some exercise. And while burning calories isn't the only measure of an exercise's value, the number can tell you something about how hard you're working your body. The important caveat here is that exercising on its own actually doesn't do much to make you lose weight. Sports get your heart going, which can help you live longer. But if you want to slim down, we suggest talking to a doctor about what a healthy weight is for you and working on cutting sugar and large portions out of your diet. Still, keeping track of calories burned per hour is a good measure of how intense a particular exercise is. The Mayo Clinic, drawing on research published by the National Institutes of Health, lists 36 popular forms of exercise by their caloric impacts. We've ordered the sports on that list from least to most intense, with approximate calories burned per hour for a 200-pound person listed for each activity. (An average adult American weighs just under 200 pounds.) We also calculated the value for one other sport, soccer, based on the root NIH data and included it on this list. Keep in mind that the numbers here are approximate. Also, just because an exercise burns calories faster doesn't mean it's necessarily the best option. The best exercise is the one you enjoy enough to get up and do regularly

By tribunist.com Nerf guns were created so it was completely possible to shoot your friends and relatives in the most enjoyable and painless way possible. Sure, getting shot by a Nerf toy gets marginally irritating if it keeps happening and you don’t actually want to take part, but it was never super-painful. Until now… Toy manufacturers want to avoid lawsuits so they limit the power that products such as those created by Nerf have. It might not particularly tickle when you get hit by a Nerf dart, especially at close range or in in certain sensitive areas, however, you more than likely won’t find yourself writhing on the ground in agony. A YouTube user by the name of Giaco Whatever struggled to see the fun in that concept and decided to knock things up a notch. Giaco Whatever, who posts videos under the tagline “I make things,” has found a way to make Nerf darts deadly and has posted several videos of his results online.
